Join us at the Studio, where we will take you onto the mat and help you discover the essential learnings and knowledge known to bring you strength, health, calmness and peace while giving clarity to your mind and soul. Our classes and introductory offers are tailored to help all levels of students including those that are brand new to Yoga or others who are interested in going back to basics and exploring their own practice in greater detail. Yoga Classes

Slow Flow

This is a safe space for students who are brand new to yoga, as well as those who want to grow their practice from a strong foundation of postural alignment & skilful breathing. Strength & flexibility are not required, and will be gained through regular attendance. 


A Flow Class that Combines movement & breath, warming the body so you can move deeper into postures and into your own practice. Each class offers a varied sequence including arm balances and Inversions. These classes can be both heated and unheated, please check the schedule.


The slower pace of this class will allow those new to yoga to really get to grips with the fundamentals of asana as well as providing a space for more experienced yogis to deepen their practice. Building strength and awareness through holding postures and paying particular attention to alignment. These classes can be both heated and unheated, please check the schedule.

Dharma Yoga

Dharma is a graceful, yet challenging practise. It is a modern interpretation of classical Eight limbed or Hatha Yoga. A devotional practice that emphasises good health, a clear mind and a kind heart.. The practice includes elements of Vinyansa, inversions and held poses that will help you  to discover concentration, meditation and deep healing relaxation. 


A Gentle, slow paced practice using props to assist in helping you hold the poses for longer. You will focus on centring your breathe and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or very gentle movements for extended periods of time.

Ying Yang Fusion

Yin Yang Fusion is a fun, creative way to explore both the yin and yang aspects of yoga in a well rounded and thoughtful practice. The balanced, fused yin and yang flow sequences will challenge your mental concentration and physical strength in a fun, spiritual way that liberates your soul.

Warm Candelit Slow Flow

A relaxing candlelit slower paced flow class, to still the mind, calm the senses and ease you through the week. The warm class will help you relax your muscles and ensure you bring some peace and balance to your practice.

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is is slow pace flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements which are performed in a sequence. Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the stretches. It’s accessible to all levels from beginners to advance.

Hot Absolute

In Hot absolute yoga you practice pose-by-pose, using static poses to achieve the proper alignment. Working your entire body, including your core, for a complete body and mind workout. Absolute Hot Yoga is suitable for ALL, including beginners, and always includes progressive postures for those ready to step up their practice to the next level.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is an energetic, dynamic vinyasa style of Yoga, where one pose flows into the next in a strong sequence linking movement to breath. Each class will have choreographing playful sequences for varied and engaging practices, to stretch and challenge both the body and mind. Once you start the Power Yoga practice you are guaranteed to see improved strength, balance and flexibility.

Warm Stretch & Flow

A gentle Vinyasa Flow class that keeps you moving, while building physical agility and improving mental focus. Our Flow classes stretch your muscles while building strength and stamina, but at a much calmer pace than our Power offering. This slow approach allows us to harmonise opening the body with calming the mind to bring a bit of balance back to intense lifestyles.
