Our Studio

Step inside The Yoga Bee… a place for you to relax, unwind and completely switch off from the outside world.  This Tranquil space is a chilled area with dim lighting, candles and Incense burning around the room making you feel completely at ease as soon as you enter the studio.

Our Front of house team will provide a warm welcome to the Studio, introducing you to your teacher before preparing for your practice. We pride ourselves in offering a comfortable environment for you to enjoy your practice, giving enough space between mats for you to move freely throughout the class. The studio is a shoe free zone and we have a rack in the studio for you to leave your shoes. We also have individual spaces at the back of the studio for you to leave your bags and personal belongings.

You’ll see a big selection of classes on the timetable but if you have any questions about any of them or need more information on which class is right for you then you can find your answers on our website. Likewise, one of our team will also be happy to help you to find a class suited for you. We recommend you try each class and teacher to see what style and class works best for you, so we advise everyone to take advantage of our New Members offer and deals to get the best out of your first few visits with us.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Aerial yoga

Our Niche is Aerial Yoga, where you are suspended from the ceiling in a hammock.
This may sound a little out of your comfort zone if you’re new to yoga but it’s a  very safe practice and great complement to the regular mat based yoga classes. We have 14 hammocks in total for you to enjoy and offer unique Aerial yoga classes, where you will flow with the music while supported by the fabulous swings. Then relax and unwind with candles cocooned in your hammock with a blissful savasana. .  You will leave The Yoga Bee Floating, looking forward to your next class.

Is Yoga for everyone

Our Studio is easy to find and we have ample free parking outside, so you don’t have to worry about your car.  We do advise you getting to the studio at least 15 mins before your class starts if its your first time to allow you to get familiar with the studio, checking in procedure and finding your space in the class.

We do have toilets in the studio but no changing rooms so we do recommend coming to the studio in the clothes you intend to practice in.

We allow at least 30 minutes between classes, so it allows us enough time to clear the room, sanitize it and prepare for the next class. Since Covid 19 so we do ask you to be mindful when leaving the studio, giving us enough time to prepare the studio for other members.

Most of the classes are heated between 26- 30 Degrees, so if you need to bring a towel with you that’s fine or we do sell them in reception along with Yoga Mats if you need to buy one.

Some of our other classes are warmed to about 24 degrees or unheated like the aerial and trapeze. We want to to enjoy your practice so check out our classes description to find the right class for you
