George first fell in love with yoga when she realised you do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. Enjoy the sense of calm and the peace it brings you and the rest will follow. She completed her 200hr YTT in Goa and has since completed a Children’s yoga and mindfulness course.
Her vinyasa classes are dynamic and energetic, but she also allows time to ensure correct alignment, allowing you to feel your way into each pose, exploring your movements. Each class is different and features creative and imaginative flows with elements of mindfulness and breath work. Her classes are accessible for all levels, as variations/modifications will be given throughout the class, as she provides a safe space and encourages you to challenge yourself – it doesn’t matter if you fall out of a pose, your yoga practice is just that, its practice! Whether you’re a newbie, just want a good stretch or potentially learn a fun new pose, there will be something in George’s class for you.
