About CJ

CJ has embodied movement in all aspects since a very young age.  In 2010 he started his journey to become a devoted yoga practitioner and during 2014 completed his 200 hours YTT. Since then he has made sure to implement his experiences in movement and mindfulness into his practice and classes.
Having taught all over the world he took his classes to various UK Military establishments over the years working with rehabilitating personnel and spent a year in Bali teaching Yoga and Dance whilst being mentored by Madeira Segung and his movement community.

Combining the years of studying the theoretical side of physical practice, having been a rehabilation instructor, with the creativity and fluidity of my dance background, as well as the decades of experience with the philosophy of yoga outside of the Asana (Postural Practice). You can expect a versatile class catered for a developed holistic approach to yoga and Asana within each class framework.
