Anna teaches from the heart with a strong focus on breath and intuitive movement. Inspired by the rhythms in nature, through creative sequencing and compassion she aims to inspire you to delve deep into your physical body and spiritual self. Anna began her yoga journey when travelling in 2011 & completed her 200 hours Vinyasa training in 2018. With a growing passion for development and growth as a teacher, Anna advanced on further trainings in Pregnancy Yoga, Mandala and Yin. Making her a well rounded and multi talented Yoga teacher and practitioner.
Anna’s Pregnancy Yoga classes are a relaxing way to move and strengthen the ever-changing pregnant body in a safe way that aims to help you feel strong, relaxed & connected to your baby. These special, intimate practices enable you to meet other mums in your community and share this beautiful process as a unique individual and part of a wider collective. The class move’s you through pranayama, birth preparation techniques, intuitive and mindful movement suitable for all stages of pregnancy with each class closing in deep relaxation leaving you feeling more grounded & relaxed than when you started.
