Intro to Aerial Yoga
Lets learn the basics.
This is the perfect place to start if you are a complete beginner to Aerial Yoga and feeling quite nervous about going into a regular class. In this intro you will learn the basics grips and wraps to secure you in the hammock which will prepare you for your first class.
This intro to aerial will allow you to get familiar with the hammock and teach you how to relax and trust the swing. You’ll move from the earth to the air, working through floor postures where you are supported by the hammock and moving onto the air with options for inversion.
