Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice and one of the most popular forms of yoga in the world. Vinyasa is a technique that synchronizes breath with movement so in this class you will flow through a sequence of postures, vinyasa will differ from teacher to teacher.
You will create heat in the body from movement and breath allowing you to move deeper into postures and into your own practice. Each class offers a varied sequence which may include arm balances and Inversions for those that wish to.
You will build physical agility and improve mental focus, stretch your muscles while building strength and stamina. You will start the class by calming your body and mind, followed by a warm up to prepare you for your practice then ending the class with a blissful savasana.
Open to all levels of practice including beginners, modifications will be given for postures depending on your level of practice.
