Trapeze yoga is a similar concept to the aerial as you are suspended from the ceiling in the same way although the Trapeze Yoga is a little more floor based. The main difference is that the swings are made from a different fabric and have 3 handles on each side.
In Trapeze you will practice a unique blend of traditional yoga postures and principles combined with aerial and TRX strength functions. As well as building strength, flexibility & stamina it can also be a cardiovascular workout. Yoga Trapeze Classes may vary depending on the teacher as they can be restorative, dynamic or a vinyasa based flow and each class will work the body in this unique fusion of body, breath and mind.
This class is open to all levels of Practice as options will be given for each posture.
