This Strong Flow is a fast-moving sequence with music, coordinating breath and movement to flow from one posture to the next. Designed to challenge the body, you will move through a series of poses, as well as being encouraged to play with inversions and optional intermediate poses.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing yoga postures together so that you can move from one posture to another keeping the body moving. This keeps the body warm and allows you to move deeper into each posture. Each Vinyasa class will be different, with a varied sequence normally including arm balances and inversions.  Options will be given for the poses depending on your level of practice.

Most of our Vinyasa classes are heating to around 26 Degrees. 

This is an up-tempo class and more suited to yogis with experience, which will create some amazing heat in the body.
