Prenatal yoga will support mums-to-be on their individual pregnancy journeys, from conception all the way to birth. Our Classes will help you deal with your changing physical body and emotional needs, while addressing any unexpected challenges that might arise.
Pregnancy Yoga classes are a relaxing and empowering way to move and strengthen the changing pregnant body in a safe way that will make you feel strong, relaxed, connected to your baby, and more prepared for labour. You’ll move through pranayama (breath-work), birth prep techniques, intuitive and mindful movement suitable for all stages of labour and every class closes in deep relaxation leaving you feeling more grounded and connected.
You will use props and bolster as your bump grows and it’s a great way to connect with other mums to be on their journey.
All levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome.
